Ibiza is famous for its excellent nightlife and beautiful weather.<\/strong><\/p>\n

But did you know that you can also experience this out of the typical summer season too?<\/strong><\/p>\n

That’s right, autumn and winter are equally as amazing. Just less busy!<\/p>\n

Once the main clubs close, the island comes alive in a totally different way.<\/p>\n

Whilst it’s not as hot as the peak months, you can often find yourself needing little more than shorts and a t-shirt during the daytime. Even in December!<\/p>\n

The beaches are idyllic, only frequented by locals and the odd winter tourist. Giving you pretty much the whole stretch of sand to yourself.<\/p>\n

It’s also a great time to explore.<\/p>\n

The roads are less hectic, car rental is so much cheaper, and you’ll rarely struggle for a place to park.<\/p>\n

It’s the time to get out and about, and experience the ‘real’ Ibiza<\/strong> in all its glory.<\/p>\n

As for the party side of things, don’t be fooled into thinking there’s nothing to do.<\/p>\n

Just because the super-clubs are closed, that doesn’t mean everything is. Far from it in fact.<\/p>\n

Some of those said<\/em> clubs also host special events throughout these months too. With Halloween\u00a0<\/strong>and New Year<\/strong> being two of the best times for this.<\/p>\n

Last New Years’ celebrations offered an array of fantastic events on, including the annual NYD DC10<\/strong> (Circo Loco<\/strong>) party, and Elrow<\/strong> at Amnesia<\/strong>, which was absolutely packed!<\/p>\n

FYI, Pacha<\/strong> has just been announced for NYE!<\/p>\n

Ibiza Town<\/strong>, Marina Botafoch<\/strong>,\u00a0San Antonio<\/strong>, Santa Eulalia<\/strong> and other parts are not shy of a winter party either.<\/p>\n

You won’t be paying through the nose for drinks and accommodation, something which is normally the case in the summer.<\/p>\n

The travel situation can be a bit of a pain, due to the lack of direct flights (other than from City Airport<\/strong> in London<\/strong>). But that doesn’t stop people from heading over to experience a different lifestyle, compared to the months of May-September. It’s not impossible, so definitely worth booking that trip.<\/p>\n

From exploring to eating, dancing and enjoying the more authentic vibe that this glorious island has to offer.<\/p>\n

EAT, DRINK, DANCE AND BE MERRY<\/h2>\n

If you fancy staying somewhere a little busier, then San Antonio<\/strong>,\u00a0Ibiza Town<\/strong> or Santa Eulalia<\/strong> is your best bet. With plenty of restaurants and bars open to keep you entertained. Royal Plaza<\/a> is one of the more popular choices for hotels in Ibiza Town, along with The Standard<\/a>. Although there are a number of others available to accommodate you.<\/p>\n

For food then you’re in for a treat, as there’s many wonderful eateries catering to the Autumn\/Winter crowd. From Japanese-fusion Nagai<\/a> in San Juan<\/strong>, House of WOW<\/a> in\u00a0Santa Gertrudis<\/strong>, Las Dalias<\/a> in San Carlos<\/strong>, Es Nautic<\/a> in San Antonio<\/strong> and many, many more.<\/p>\n

For shopping, then Ibiza Town<\/strong> has a range of high-street and local shops open. From Zara (Women, Man and Kids)\u00a0<\/strong>, Mango<\/strong>, Bershka<\/strong> and others.<\/p>\n

One of our favourite places to visit is Ruta Market<\/a> in Vara de Rey<\/strong>. It’s full of quirky designs that you won’t find anywhere else.<\/p>\n

For nightlife then Ibiza Town<\/strong> is most definitely where it’s at.<\/p>\n

From the more well-known, haunts to those accidental, fun-finds. Including\u00a0NUI<\/a>, Paradise Lost<\/a>, Lolas<\/a>, Malanga<\/a>, The Standard<\/a>, plus others. If you fancy venturing further afield then Akasha<\/a> club situated at Las Dalias<\/strong> won’t disappoint either.<\/p>\n

It’s a time to visit if you don’t want to feel rushed. A time to immerse yourself in the local way of life.<\/p>\n
