Enjoy the many restaurants serving up fresh seafood, tapas and paella, a favourite in Spain. The bars and markets are open until late, so it\u2019s well worth a visit and a look around until the early hours.<\/p>\n<p>2. CALA COMTE<\/p>\n<p>The sandy beach of Cala Comte is a favourite among locals and tourists alike. Surrounded by two rocky cliff slides, the beach is sandy and safe to swim for all the family. SANTA GETRUDIS<\/p>\n<p>Located in the middle of the island, this town is often refereed to as the heart of Ibiza. The town has a square, a church and follows many of the same traditions Ibiza is famous for. There are lots of restaurants, bars and shops to enjoy as well as beautiful landscape complete with sheep, goats and cows.<\/p>\n<p>8. ATLANTIS<\/p>\n<p>Atlantis in Ibiza is opposite the island of es Vedra. It\u2019s notorious among the locals and those in the know as one of the spiritual cores of Ibiza. It\u2019s tough going to get down there and takes about 20 minutes, if you\u2019re a fitty, could be an hour if you\u2019re not.<\/p>\n<p>The area was once used as a quarry to farm the stones to build the walls of Ibiza Town. Now the strange rock formations seem perfectly carved to create a great spot to sit in the cool winds, and it\u2019s fun to make wishing towers from the smaller ones.
