Join the likes of <strong>RIVA STARR, Da Capo<\/strong> and <strong>Miane<\/strong> as well as event partners\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/oceanic.global\/\"><strong>Oceanic Global<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ibizapreservation.org\/\"><strong>Ibiza Preservation Fund<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.casitaverde.com\/ibiza-limpia\"><strong>Ibiza Limpia &amp; Casita Verde<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0<strong>Bye Bye Plastic<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Plastic Free <\/strong>all of whom will be combining efforts to create a cleaner, brighter future on the island of Ibiza.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gallery.mailchimp.com\/717a1fe08077a7c6007789ec7\/images\/3b3f9173-e288-4920-a937-4c42dc73b70a.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Ibiza Preservation Fund claims that\u00a0Ibiza generates double the amount of waste per person than the rest of Europe &#8211; much of which is plastic. With much of this waste landing in surrounding waters and of course on our beaches, there is a very serious threat to the island&#8217;s marine environment and endangered species. The organisation is taking serious steps toward totally phasing out single-use plastics on the island by 2023.
