DJ Awards launch\u00a0Bedroom DJ Competition 6th<\/sup>\u00a0Edition<\/strong>\u00a0in partnership with\u00a0Mixcloud<\/strong>\u00a0for emerging DJ talent to win a trip to Ibiza for a unique one to one master class with\u00a0Doorly<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The theme of this year’s DJ Awards is\u00a0Let’s Dance,<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0so we are inviting the next generation of DJs to send us a mix that will make us want to do just that! We will be looking for mixes that show individuality and a passion for electronic music.<\/p>\n

There’s a great prize up for grabs.\u00a0 The winner will get the chance to get a unique insight in to the world of electronic music and it provides a fantastic platform to showcase their skills in dance music’s clubbing capital of the world, Ibiza. \u00a0They will get to play a set at an iconic Ibiza venue and feature on\u00a0DJ Awards Radio Show<\/strong>\u00a0that will be broadcast worldwide on\u00a0Pioneer DJ Radio<\/strong>and in Ibiza and Formentera on 92.4FM.\u00a0 It will also be posted on Pioneer DJ Radio’s Mixcloud page.<\/p>\n

What’s more, the winner can bring a friend along as they receive flights and accommodation to Ibiza, they will attend the DJ Awards 2016 private press reception where the world’s press will be in attendance. \u00a0In addition they will have VIP entry into the\u00a0DJ Awards 19th<\/sup>\u00a0Edition\u00a0<\/strong>ceremony and official party plus they will receive a winner’s gift bag.\u00a0 The winner will also go home with a prize pack of Pioneer DJ equipment including the new, top of the line\u00a0DDJ-RZ<\/strong><\/a>, one of the first professional, native controllers for rekordbox dj.<\/p>\n

Doorly will be mentor for the one on one master class at the Pioneer DJ Lab at Caf\u00e9 Mambo Ibiza.\u00a0 His skills behind the decks and in the studio have seen a rapid rise in the few years since Pete Tong touted him as a future star just.\u00a0 His dedication and passion to DJing is apparent to everyone who sees him perform. \u00a0Sets are played out across four CDJs, plus samplers and FX units, and he is a firm believer that a DJ set should be a live, unique experience.<\/p>\n

He’s a firm favourite in Ibiza and internationally.\u00a0 His concept Doorly & Friends is a big hit both sides of the Atlantic and he’s had releases on Cajual, Dirtybird, Moon Harbour, Toolroom and Hot Creations to name but a few.<\/p>\n

Doorly has been directly involved with testing, design and training with Pioneer DJ equipment therefore there’s plenty to learn from the Huddersfield native.<\/p>\n
